One DC collaborates with Shaw neighborhood businesses, homeowners, and others to maximize the community's strengths and build a vibrant, self-sustaining community.  The program includes affordable housing production, youth education, health, employment and training, recreation, business, arts and culture, transportation, improved city services, crime and safety and leadership development.
